ABG Care description
ABG Care is an in-house mobile application designed exclusively for ABMCPL employees to ensure your return to work. Built with a Return-2-Work Index Calculator, the app assesses a team member’s feasibility to operate in office premises based on wellness and immediate family needs.
ABG Care also acts as the perfect work management tool - assisting managers in rostering their teams as per the HR guidelines of staff strength at work. Through the app, rostering managers, assigned by their respective Function Heads, can not only view the list of employees mapped to them and decide a team schedule but also approve Office Day passes generated by team members.
ABG Care is our own platform to unlock the doors to our workplace.
