Select a Niyam a day. Thus, you can take small steps towards abstinence and self-control. This will lead you to a path of happiness.

How to use -
Open the app each day, and click 'naya niyam chune'. Thus, you will be offered one new niyam for the day. If you are fine with the niyam offered, press 'Niyam hai'. Otherwise you can select another niyam for the day.
