5star Service description

5star Service is an application quality of the service assessment. It is a very simple solution to get real feedbacks from customers, find weak sides of the service and solve arising problems in real time. Within 2-3 months the work of the staff improves, and visitors are more willing to compromise.

How does it work?
The application is installed on the tablet, and is synchronized with the server and the user's account. You form a set and a list of your questions that can be answered using numbers from 1 (very poor) to 5 (excellent) (visualization is made using emoticons). Each review is instantaneously sent to the server after being recorded, and is also taken into account to the general report with also sending it to the e-mail contact. Unsatisfied customer leaves a video feedback and his/her e-mail for the situation to be solved in he nearest future.

- Statistics: Analysis is carried out per day / selected period / geography (for networking)
- Customer contact data is collected
- You can modify the questionnaire
- Video feedback can be recorded
- The feedbacks are sent to e-mail and to server
- The work of the program does not stop even if the device is turned off (the notifications are still sent to e-mail)
