2048 Puzzler description

2048, a simple addictive and challenge puzzle game, join the numbers and get to the 2048 tile!

How to play:
- Swipe(Up, Down, Left, Right) to move the tiles.
- Two same number tiles touch and merge into 2x one tile.
- You win the game when the 2048 tile created.
