가. 한국도로공사 고속도로 하이패스카드 앱은?
(1) 고속도로 미납 내역을 확인 후 납부 가능하며, 납부된 내역을 확인할 수 있는 앱입니다.
(2) 하이패스카드는 후불 하이패스카드 및 계좌이체로 납부가 가능합니다.
(3) 후불 하이패스카드의 자동납부신청을 이용하실 수 있습니다.
(4) 하이패스카드 사용내역을 조회하실 수 있습니다.
(5) 본 프로그램은 Tablet(갤럭시탭 10.1 등) 및 WIFI 단말을 지원하지 않습니다.
(6) 별도의 Plug-in 앱(Smart Xpay)이 포함되어 있습니다.

나. 프로그램 이용안내
(1) 사용내역 조회
- 하이패스 카드 사용 내역을 조회합니다..
- 자세한 내용은 앱 설치 후 ‘이용안내 > 프로그램 이용안내’ 를 참조하여 주십시오.
(2) 미납조회 / 납부
- 미납내역을 확인하고 후불카드 및 계좌이체로 납부하실 수 있습니다.
- 자세한 내용은 앱 설치 후 ‘이용안내 > 미납통행료 납부방법’ 에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
(3) 납부결과조회
- 미납내역을 납부하신 후 납부결과를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
(4) 자동납부신청
- 서비스 신청 차량(타인명의, 임차차량 포함)에서 발생한 미납통행료를 고객명의 후불하이패스카드로 자동납부 처리되는 서비스를 신청하실 수 있습니다.
(5) 알림서비스
- 현재 시범 서비스 진행 중이며, 서비스가 불안정할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 내역 등은 가입 시 약관을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

다. 유의사항
(1) 아이핀 이용불편 시 1600-1522(NICE 평가정보 고객센터)를 통해 문의하시기 바랍니다.
(2) 한국도로공사에서는 아이핀/공인인증서 발급서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 금융/발급 기관에 문의하시기 바랍니다.
