الاستماع لآيات الشفاء والحفظ والسكينة
هي نافعة بإذن الله لكل حالات العين والحسد والأكتئاب والقلق والحزن والحالات النفسية والعصبية
يتم الاستماع اليها مرتين او ثلاث مرات في اليوم لمدة اسبوع ويفضل الاستماع اليها من خلال سماعات الاذن Listen to the verses of healing, preservation and tranquility
God willing, is beneficial for all cases of eye and envy, depression, anxiety, grief and psychological conditions and nervousness
They are listening to it twice or three times a day for a week and would prefer to listen to it through headphones
