Headaches, leg cramps, tingling in the heart, neck stiffness, rapid onset of fatigue in the calf area of the legs and much more are caused by trigger points.
Do you have a backache, and the doctors say that it is an intervertebral hernia and you need to have an operation urgently? In 80% of cases, back pain is caused precisely because of trigger points.

The trigger point is an area of overexpression of the tissue with a diameter of several millimeters, painful when squeezed. These points, felt like peas in the thickness of the muscles, shorten the muscle fibers of which they are a part.

The formation of trigger points is explained from the position of the impact of excessive stress on the muscle.
